Florida Marriage License Express is operated by Sherry Matthews Consulting. We are registered outside agents with the Florida Marriage License office. We can process Florida Marriage Licenses for any out-of-state or out-of-the country couples. We do not handle licenses for any Florida residents. If either Bride or Groom has a Florida Drivers License, or is a Florida resident, you will need to obtain your Florida Marriage License yourselves. These Marriage Licenses are valid for a period of 60 days, after Issuance, and can be used anywhere in the State of Florida.
